It's a funny thing about peppers. I was raised on the Datil, and it's sho enough HOT, but I find a bottle of Tabasco, which on the Scoville rating is way down the list from the Datil, at times unbearable. Why is that?
Hot Peppers are curious fruits indeed. I guess that's why I enjoy them so much.
