Tuscaloosa Question on Prepared Meals

A good friend of mine just lost his mother. I'd love to bring them some food, but I'm a good distance away. Around Birmingham, I have several places where I can get good meals ready to eat that are simply reheated. Is there such a place in Tuscaloosa?
