If not coking them for breakfast, season, lightly dust with flower, pan fry, cook down an onion and mushrooms, make a gravy.

Also will cook them hot and fast, remove them, cook some garlic and onion, add some orange marmalade and peel a couple of mandarin oranges, little bit of chicken stock, makes a pretty good sauce/glaze to throw the chops back in.

Yep, pan fried then brown gravy, so good.
