exactly why they should have someone else besides the 1 cashier taking phone orders... also why they should maybe not make their customers stand in line to order... if it were my business, I would rather pay the higher fee for that order than not have the order at all.....they lost my order b/c of it

old rule of thumb in business ... a satisfied customer will tell three people a dissatisfied customer will tell 10 people .. that shite will spread like wild fire ... you can only control the growth of your business on the positive side .. if you refuse to grow at the expense of growth itself .. it will dry up ..

they just moved a half block down the street on coursey to a new building .. he prolly just saw their old sign with the black spray paint over the name ..
