Every old dago had the magnalite oval roaster they cooked red gravy in back in the 70’s.

And before I get a lecture about the use of dago that is precisely what they referred to themselves as and were never offended when blacks, Jews, chinks and micks referred to them as that. No one knew or cared about political correctness.

And as above I bake my meatballs instead of frying because it’s faster and less mess.
