i'm making blueberry wine for the 3rd time. first 2 times everything went a-ok. however this time the fermentation is stuck: sg was 1.078 3.5 weeks ago and is now only 1.059. i added energizer 4 days ago when the sg was 1.060. the glass carboy air lock does show bubbling but not much.
help!

I second the comment on warming it up.
I have read, however, that blueberry wine generally takes a long time to ferment. I've got a batch aging now, and it took almost a month to finish primary.

It takes something ROUGHLY 5 times longer to ferment at º65 as it does at º75 from my experience and wine yeast in particular does not like anything below º70.
