I'm thinking of get a couple sacks of crawfish, but I might end up having to store it for 24+ hours before cooking. If I keep them in the sacks, on (but not touching) ice, with some splashes of water every now and then, would I be good to go?

Thanks!

Cracked ice chest lid, wet arse towel with ice on top works for me.

No reason for ice not to touch them

They were packed in ice to get to where you're buying them from
