brine with salt and sugar
rub down with traditional poultry rub. get as crazy as you want with it
fill cavity with rub, fruit and veggies like you would if baking
i like smoking turkey with fruit woods, especially apple wood

Rub with fav rub. I like Henry's pecan rub with a mix of apple and pecan chunks. Chek the BGE site for temp/time.
