It took 14 hours at 220 on Weber Smokey mountain to get to 198. I pulled at 198, triple wrapped her in foil and put her in yeti to sweat for 3 hours.
It was tough keeping it together when I pulled off grate, cannot wait to tear into it.

You can raise the temperature and significantly shorten the time with no impact to the final product. If you're in to shorter smokes, that is. If you like long smokes and hanging out and drinking beer and avoiding responsibilities inside, don't let me stop you.
