without knowing the answers to my questions, Fatt Matt's Rib Shack and The Vortex are not far off 85 in the mid/downtown area.

If you've never been it is wonderfully disgusting.
But Vortex or Fatt Matt's would be my initial thoughts. Both are in that area pretty near the Varsity.

Oh I’ve eaten there many times. Only mentioned because it’s quick. Vortex looks great.
