I bought some red curry paste on Amazon after reading that it is one of the better brands and is hard to find in the store (the name is Maesri). I found a recipe that sounds pretty good and basic but it calls for Thai basil and Kafir leaves. Any idea where I could find those? I know I can improvise with some annis and citrus zest but it will not be the same. Also, anyone have some great recipes that use red curry paste?

Most Asian groceries would have Thai basil and Kafir leaves.
