Actually, BJ's Brewhouse here in Houston makes a very good flatbread.

Excluding toppings, if one sucks the whole thing sucks. You can bake a cake with the finest ingredients, but one rotten egg ruins the whole thing.

Nothing worse than a dry pizza, but at the same time I can't stand pizza that is swimming in sauce and will therefore give me heartburn.
