Salt not required. All it does is kills em. Just put em in a tub or ice chest covered with fresh water to clean em up. If they are real dirty, repeat as needed. The fresh clean water will purge em thats needed................

Pro Boil is fine ,but use in the boil. I also add about 8 oz. liquid crab boil ,and 4 sacks zatarains seasoning. start boil with anything that seasons...garlic, celery ,onions,lemons ,oranges. just keep tasting your water until you get the flavor you want. over cooking is the worst thing you can do to crawfish. boil until they float. let soak, keep sampling til they taste right. bon appetite
