For a small wedding at Vermillionville. 20-30 people. So far I've IDed Prejean's. Looking for something mid-price.

Any suggestions?

No clue on prices, but good recommendations have been given.

Zea has a private dining area, and that might be reasonably priced.

There is Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, but that is probably pricier.

Also, Cafe Vermllionville on Pinhook (not at all connected to Vermilionville where the wedding is being held) is nice and has private dining, but might be pricey as well.

Check out French Press. They close everyday after lunch so open for private events at night.

The last two times I've gone to French Press, they've pissed me off! In July I called ahead to see if their Couillon Burger was still on the menu. It's a good burger for eating bunless, but I called ahead because someone told me it was off the menu. I was assured that it was on the menu. It was, but once we got there and ordered, the server came back to tell me they didn't have any burgers that day. WTF? I called ahead. They have a tiny menu. Why wouldn't you have the burger?????????

Same work friends and I had been there a couple of months before this. Friend ordered the grits and grillades. THIRTY minutes later, when two of us had our food served, they told friend they were out of grits and grillades. How could you not say something before this? Seriously, stupid. Ugh.

Not going again. But not because of politics. I don't care what they believe, but dammit, have the items on your teeny arse menu.
