Baby J's in Destin. Its on the Harbor next to Ajs. Small place but very good food and very casual. You can try Dewey Destins too, also on the harbor.

Stinky's fish camp on 30-A in Santa Rosa beach is real good one, kinda new and owned by a Louisiana family.
