I have no idea what the owners' business plan is so I can't answer the question. Your guess would be as good as mine.
Seems like a delivery service of some sort...no matter how small.....should maybe have been part of the plan????
Just another way to make money IMO

Went tonight, and the food was amazing. Great topping choices like duck, alligator sausage, andullie and a ton more. Good variation in base selections as well.
I had the calzone which was massive and really good. Boss had the D&A Gumbo pizza with roux tomato base. Both were outstanding. Ended up being able to get hooked up with a ceasar salad and the spinach cheese dip, both really good as well.
Its their first week open and there are some issues still being worked out. We knew that going in so we didnt hold anything against them. No beer yet, limited Ice Cream selection. But the cooks were giving us updates on our food from the back as we were sitting at the bar. Owners and cooks are nice and came out to check on how our food was.
Once they open for lunch we will be there often.

Stopped by last night on our way to a school event to say hey to the owner (a good friend). He is still trying to get his permit from the state for beer and wine-been waiting several days for a supervisor to sign, then he is good to go. The food going past us looked and smelled really good. Ice cream and to-go pick up on one side, kitchen and seating on the other. Menu looked awesome-we are going to join him next week when his wife comes in for their formal opening. He said they had served almost 150 the night before only opening from 4-9 (soft opening). He posts on TD, but swears he hasn't been in this thread.
