Ive had one for about 18 months. Definitely need a turning peel. When baking at these high temps if you don't turn it you'll get one side that is charred and the other that is doughy. You need to turn it about every 15-20 seconds or it will burn. You'll be amazed how fast it bakes a pizza. 60-90 seconds no joke.

I use a rolling pin or wine bottle, it’s thin but still have the texture you want. The out edges are more cracker like but the interior isn’t

My dough shaping sucks regardless of what I use
