I didn't even bother. Funny they want to go somewhere with more foot traffic.
Refuel and Carrollton Market seem to do just fine. La Mansion is in no man's land back there and apparently doing well. Hell even Pepperoni's is still open.

It was dreadful execution of two of the moment trends, shoved into an old building whose feel didn’t say trendy (or clean, for that matter). You entered into what felt like an old bar....the poke wasn’t listed on the menu....so you had to wait at the hostess station t be directed to a takeout poke line shoehorned into a stair landing that opened onto the porch. Service staff were pleasant enough, but absolutely clueless. Management was either indifferent, or overtly harried/hostile.
Rent on that corner must be astronomical. I wish some deep pocketed local would shoot for a retro poboy place. Or a Cajun plate lunch, meat n three daily specials spot. But seriously, I dunno what, short of a bar, can afford that space.
