A couple more tips if you get the Char-Broil.
DO NOT cook with the lid on the whole time. The lid doesn't look like much but it will blacken food instead of brown if you have it on too long like this guy. We only use the lid towards the end of the cook if it is needed.

Here is a cajun guy who never uses the lid. He explains this at the 3:15 mark. He's doing a pork roast in this video.

I saw where there is a video of a guy cooking a brisket in the CB, also videos for wings, ribs, turkeys, chickens, pork belly, pork loin, pork butt, pork roast, pork tenderloin, ham, glazed ham, kebabs, prime rib, etc. Much more versatile than a cooker that uses oil.
