Just picked one up for 115.00 on the bay
didnt reaqlly think through whether the Thermador gas range will get it up to boil
Primary use is large roaster...secondary, large jambalaya on stove top.
Worried it wont boil...anybody got this size, any thoughts? will try it once I get it, but thought id ask the peeps

It will work fine. My wife makes her jambalaya in it and starts on stovetop then puts in the oven to finish. I’ve even made gumbo in it. Good piece to have. Smother about 3 chickens in it sometime.
