The owner used to live on the 2nd floor upstairs from me back in the 80's. Strange kid. Always bruised up looking. Always weird noises and fighting going on up there in the middle of the night. Never liked me asking what it was either.

Ended up having lunch there...good enough, but not spectacular. Opens at 7:30 AM for breakfast, which is a nice bonus.
Didn't see anyone in the place old enough to have been your neighbor in the 80s. LOL.
