A Vitamix blends anything you put into it into a juice/smoothie. It's delicious and you get every bit of nutritional property the fruit or vegetable has to offer in a super easy to digest manner.

I do one with:
Handful of kale
Cup cantaloupe
Cup green grapes
Bananaa
A few cashews
A few strawberries
1/2 cup water

Love it. Have it for dinner a lot

2 kale leaves with stem removed to decrease bitterness
1/2 green apple seeded
1/2 pear
1 " thick slice of pineapple with core in tact
1/4 cup skim milk
Ice

Mix above with one scoop of Max Muscle whey protein (vanilla flavor) and you are ready for the day!

I have a Vita mix by the way.

The amount of vegetables I juice at one time might be hard to consume if it was not juice alone.

My fave green smoothie contains:

1 oz vodka or more
1 oz fresh lime juice or more
lots of fresh basil

Crush basil in mortar, mix in lime juice and vodka, strain into shaker with ice and pour into a martini glass. Very green and very delicious.
