Little help, please - braised short ribs

Started a braised short ribs recipe that called for 2.5 hrs in Dutch oven at 250. Needed the oven, though, so I started it in the crock pot on low. How long should I keep it in the crock pot, and should I put it on high instead? Thanks.

I’ve read that high is equivalent to about 300 and low is 200. How much time do you have? Sometimes I start in high and switch to low.
