My brother is on his way for OM game with family, from TX. Not familiar with Lafayette and want something close to the I10. Is Don's by the interstate? Suggestions, not too much $$.

Dons down town is not to far off I-10 but might be tough to find.

Prejeans a few miles north on 49 is OK is you stick to fried food IMO

Pats is decent as well

lived here since '72, seen them come and go,do Fezzos at scott exit.Prejeans is good then bad and they are in transition chef wise now.Another great place is cafe des amis in Breaux Bridge.Lotsa "stuckeys' type cajun joints with BIG signs,just ignore them
