Any word on who makes this? Not particularly good, needs a lot of bitters to cover up the raw flavor.
Supposedly aged 7 years.

I had the same question a while back, and not sure the answer has changed:
"According to a Certificate of Assumed Name filed with the state of Kentucky in March of 2011, the Clear Spring Distilling Company is in fact owned by Buffalo Trace.” Mystery solved. Kirkland is from Buffalo Trace and tastes like Jim Beam — a little bit, anyway"

Why would it be 'Tennessee' Bourbon if distilled and bottled in Kentucky?
It does taste like Beam. Well, Beam and Jack.

Maybe they charcoal filter it like Jack Daniels?

Good question. That purchase was a one off. Even $10 more gives you better option.
