Juice/Fat Rendering?

Collecting a bunch of drippings from cooking a whole ribeye on my Big Easy cooker (just wasn't up to tending the fire on my side smoker today). Anyway, wondered if anyone had ever rendered this material into something useful? It goes against my grain to throw away flavored fat.

the rendering are a great base for gravies or adding into your bbq sauces.
