Short rib topics pop up every now and then and wanted to mention I picked these up today in New Orleans at Hollygrove Market. One of the things I plan to cook on the 4th.

Little expensive but a Louisiana product.

Will post pics when I pull them. 6 short ribs are in the pack.

Short ribs are great if done right. How're you planning on cooking them?
I've cooked them sous vide and they've been fantastic but would love to smoke em low and slow.

225 in my Komado. I monitor temp but you can tell with short ribs as they shrink from the bone.

I LOVE beef short ribs. Meat candy. Also doing kabobs, venison sausage and bison sausage.
