Only $1000? I'll probably get two.

Thanks, Ruzil.

FWIW, I bought the foodsaver brand at Costco and it is a POS and no way you can vac seal liquids.

The PolyScience sealer I purchased at WilliamSonoma on sale for $750. It is solid as a rock and will outlast that foodsaver one without question. It also works every time.

I do a ton of sous vide and also use it to seal and freeze meals for later use. That pos foodsaver was about to give me a coronary. If you want it, I'll put it out on the curb for you free of charge.

I have a Wesson comercial grade one. It ran about $350, but it's built like a tank. One of the cool features is a removable fuse which you don't see often on newer appliances.
