I just discovered pesto burgers. Quite amazing.

Looking for a use for the abundance of basil my plants produced this year, so I decided to experiment with pesto burgers. Made traditional chuck patties, covered in pesto sauce and white American cheese, on a Kaiser bun. I suggest you give it a shot if you grow basil.

I didn't anticipate them being so good.
I'm sure others here have eaten pesto burgers before, but I was truly amazed how damn delicious they are.
