I have a Kentwood bottle. I have a piece of widdled wood with some surgical tubing in it for the lid. I sealed the tubing with "spray foam" so that it's air tight. I place the other end of the tubing in a jar of water.
fruit, sugar, yeast into the Kentwood bottle. whenever the jar of water quits "bubbling", lunchtime my friend.

Yea wine is much easier than beer to make. You can figure it our reading a simple how to. They sell spulies at most brewstores. I know you can get everything you need at Cubans in Baton Rouge and Im sure you could at LA Homebrew in BR also.
