How long does it last in the refrigerator….does it freeze well or not…..thanks

If it’s vacuum sealed it freezes just fine

I’ve frozen without vac sealing and it was fine.

Good to know, I’ve never tried. If it’s not vacuum sealed it’s always gone before I get a chance to freeze it

I’ve only froze once. It was thin slices that still had the paper separating them. Let it sit out for a bit and it was almost as good as fresh.

Freezes well if vacuum packed. Only lasts in the fridge For less than a week
