I just recently had some at a restaurant as a side, and when I came back in a week, I had 4 of them as a meal

Had some boar summer sausage over the holidays from one that my FIL killed over Thanksgiving. That shite was legit.
Also made some burgers 1/2 deer and 1/2 boar that came out excellent.
