Hashbrowns and Chili Breakfast

I had some leftovers and needed a way to use them up. So this morning I threw together some of it and this is what I ended up with..
I started out trying to make some potato pancakes with some leftover smothered potatoes and sausage.
I have about two and a half cups of the potatoes, two eggs (only one shown) and a third of a cup of ap flour.
Here's where the problem starts. I had too much oil in the pan and I came to find out this morning I no longer have a metal flipper. I must have thrown it out in my last move on accident. So I was unable to turn the pancake over with my clunky wooden one.
It's okay though, it turned out to be some pretty friggin awesome hashbrowns.
The next component was some leftover chili. I just heated it up in a skillet. Then I added some heavy cream to make a sauce with some body and richness.
The final touch for a breakfast like this of course had to be some fried eggs.
When that was done it was just time to put it all together.

IWEI. Add some cheese and bacon and it would be like the Orleans slammer at Slim Goodies.
