I don’t have that one, but I’ve used other cookie presses. You need to find cookie recipes suitable for a press. Many doughs are too stiff to press. Look for spritz cookies or Scandinavian style butter cookies, for example.
ETA cheese straws work okay through a press, if the cheese is finely grated.
