Searched some and found some good ideas on here. However wanted to give my specifics and see anyone has a good rec.
Group of 15 or so. All staying at Mandalay. These are all customers with different taste so I am looking to please everyone. Ideally would like to stay in or close to Mandalay. Not looking to break the bank but cost isn't that big of a concern.
Would be a on Wednesday night if that matters.
Anyone have a suggestion? Looked online but am overwhelmed by the options. Atmosphere probably matters more than food.

Big bachelor party group ate at STK at the top of Cosmopolitan and it was legit...It was pricey but it's Vegas.

A few months back I ate with a group of 12 at StripSteak in Mandalay Bay and it was great. I ate there again last week with a group of 8.
It has a good feel that can be upscale or more casual. They start you off with fries and 3 different sauces, instead of the usual bread. The steaks are legit and others ate the scallops and chicken and liked it. Sides were good too.
Almost all restaurants will allow large groups, you just have to call. From my experience, steak houses seem to work best. If everyone is staying at Mandalay Bay, it's best to eat at a place there so you're not having to corral people to another casino and/or worrying about people showing up 20-30 min late.
