Got My Brother Some Black Garlic for Christmas

I always like to throw in an exotic ingredient or 2 at Christmas, but, WTF do you do with it?

Black garlic aioli with fries is fire. You use it the same as roasted garlic though

You can eat it as is, the Koreans eat it for health reasons (lots of antioxidants) that's how I first had it. For cooking it adds unami.
