Gordon Ramsay Burger, Las Vegas

Got the “Foie” burger and truffle fries.
For $22, the most expensive on the menu, it was a bit smaller than you would think it would be.
It was cooked just under medium, which was just about perfect. It was a good burger however, it was really nothing special. Seemed like a burger slathered with goat cheese.
The Parmesan truffle fries, served with a truffle aioli and ketchup were out of this world, though. Best fries I’ve had in a while.
Had a couple Stone Ruination IPA’s to go with it. That is a fine beer.
$70 with tip.
I realize there are better burgers in Vegas, but I wanted something. Within a 5 minute walk.

I ate at his steakhouse in Vegas once. They had a guy bring out cuts of meat on a rolling tray and it mirrors on it so you could see the meat from all angles.
Also, there was a neon glass art sculpture hanging on the wall that was looked like a bunch of scribbles. The waitress said it represented Chef Ramsay's movements when He's in the kitchen.
The food was good, but it was a tad absurd.

I was in Vegas for the LSU bball game last week and considered that. We ate at Yardbird and it was fantastic IMO.
Ribs were better than the chicken. Biscuits were top notch and really good collard greens.
