Good chanterelle recipes?

Any of you lovely people have good chanterelle mushroom recipes that you would care to share?

GF bought a bunch from indie plate, and, other than roasting them, I don't really know what to do with them.

Depending on the size of the stem, I will peel them with a paring knife as the larger the stem the tougher it is... If it's small just clean them well with a mushroom brush and spilt down the middle stem and all, cook in browned butter with fresh corn and shallot/garlic finish with parsley and chive. Simple and fantastic, I really enjoy chanterelles
