Will be my first Texas-made brisket and I’m looking forward to it. Any good suggestions?

Went there, it was amazing. Best sausage I’ve ever had (jalapeño and cheese) and the brisket didn’t need a knife. Peach cobbler was damn good too.

If you don’t consider Wolfforth too far Evie Mae’s is one
of my all time favorites.
