Tried out your recipe earlier this week, GEAUXT. Pretttty, prettty, pretty good. I don't have little kids so went much heavier on the spice recommendations (2-3x on each), threw in some pepper sauce, some MSG, and went with only 3# of chicken.
Really tasty. Had leftovers for lunch today and, with the flavors melding over the last couple days, it was even better today.
Not being from LA, I don't even know how to pronounce piquante but my family enjoyed the dish, regardless. Thanks for the recipe!
