I know the Shell at Highland in Baton Rouge does but I've never tried them. They do have decent BBQ on most days though

Stopped at Bergeron’s in BR.

Cracklings leave a lot to be desired.

Coffee House at the Cajun Village (La. 22 Sorrento exit) has crawfish etouffee stuffed bignets that are worth a stop. I cannot spell to save my life.

This isn’t on your route, but if you ever take the back way from Laffy to NOLA through Morgan City and Houma, there a great deli in the gas station near Des Allemands. They make a delicious crawfish pie and a Great Natchitoches meat pie there. I’m not sure if it is a Shell or a Valero, but it is the largest one in the area, and there’s always a fruit stand set up nearby.
