Heading to Franklin for a week, anyone have any recommendations for restaurants or breweries? Cashiers or Highlands, as well?

We hit up Whiteside brewing in Cashiers last spring. Good beer and food selection but it's a haul from Franklin over some curvy mountain roads. Note they are closed until 2/18.

Slab Town Pizza in Cashiers on 107 is really good.
Highlands Paoletti's for fine Italian $$$$$.
Madison's in the Old Edwards Inn is my favorite fine dining in Highlands, get the short ribs.
Mountain Market (I think that is the name) in Highlands is my favorite breakfast spot, they also have a nice selection of wines and they pizza is good as well.
