First time smoking a Brisquit - pics included

Pork Ribs on top shelf for dinner tonight. Brisquit on middle shelf.

Hope I'm doing it right. I've had great success with tenderloins, chickens, ribs, sausage and turkey.

It's been on for about 7 hours and still only 160 degrees internal temp.

looks good to me

you can always wrap it up in some foil and
put it in the oven at 500 for 30/45 minutes to finish it off...

Looks good but you still have a ways to go.
If it is at the 7 hr mark at 5:12 your time, you might be up late tonight.

Yes, it may be a late night. Got to be up at 4am to go to work.

Looking good, I generally go 12 hours on a brisket, depending on size..
