First Large quantity crawfish boil.......

Nailed it
Had boiled a sack or two for close family but never like today. Two burners, Six sacks for about 50 people. Employees and their families. Was not extremely confident but Turned out great and were almost gone by the time I cleaned the pots. Potatoes, onions, shrooms, b'sprouts, corn and garlic. Used Swamp Fire powder with some Louisiana liquid.

Meh. We figured 4-5 lbs a person with all the sides and hambergers and dogs for the kids. I think we hit it almost perfect.
