Taste like basic cheddar. Not like a good sharp Vermont-just ok. Not worth $14.99 pound or 4 pack.

Funny, just picked up a super/extra sharp Cabot cheddar from Costco and its killer.

Pretty sure they make cheddy topper as well (made with heady topper beer). I like that one a lot. I’ll have to look out for this.
ETA: of course with parish, the price is ridiculous. Cheddy topper is like $6 for the same size
