New Federal regs to protect us all have made the business much harder. A topic for another thread, but do we really need a form that tells the borrower that if he does not pay his mortgage payments it will affect his credit score?

Yea, I tend to drink whatever is in front me fast. Soft drink, milk, juice--whatever, I am gonna drink it.
