Recipe Book

There was another thread created starting a project, consisting of smoker recipes from different posters on the board, which I took over. The recipe book will never be complete, because new recipes can be added as I receive them, but it now has enough recipes to get us started.

I figured I would start this thread, while I request to anchor the other, so I can edit the original post as needed.

Thank you very much to the many people who have contributed to this recipe book. It was hours of work, but hopefully it will be useful to lots of people.

As I said, this project will never be complete, because I would like to keep adding recipes. If you wish to add on to what we already have please post your recipe in this thread (I'll post a easy format for me to use in the next post).

Again, thanks to all who have contributed, and to all of those who will contribute in the future.

When posting your recipe, please do it in this format, so it makes my life a little easier when adding them (there are recipes already listed for you to get a general idea as well).

Thanks. Although, I can't take credit for all of it.

I might start taking pictures when I use one of them and add it to the recipe book to give the document some life.

I'm seeing some grammar mistakes now that I've actually had time to read over it, instead of typing stuff out. I'll work on getting that fixed.

I mentioned pictures earlier. If anyone else wants a picture with their recipe just drop one in with the recipe and I'll add it.

Im breaking in a new smoker this weekend. Pulled pork, chicken, deer sausage, potatoe salad, Mac and cheese are all on the menu. Trying out a new pulled pork, so I'll be adding that if all turns out well.

Just finished rubbing this bad boy down for my pulled pork tomorrow.

Also have a chicken I'm getting ready to brine over night to go along with deer sausage, smoked Mac and cheese and potato salad (not smoked).

Bump for anyone else who missed the new thread. I had the other one anchored.

I'll gladly add any more contributions.
