So I tried this Chilito recipe tonight.
The results were damn interesting. I think the gist is very limited seasonings but a lot of it. I liked it. May want to half the cayenne, it’s quite hot, even for me a pepper head and definitely for the wife and kids. I’m satisfied with this recipe but may research some more for some tweaks.
ETA: this recipe calls for a relatively small (6-8 oz) of refríed beans but read some feedback saying this is not an original ingredient.
