My Uber driver told me about an Ecuadorian restaurant in Houston as I was getting out of the car.
Dinetis? Something like that?
It sounded Italian almost but the “n” is an “en-ye”
Anyone know if this place ?

I searched for versions of that name on Yelp and Ecuadorian/Peru/Belize and came up snake eyes.
However, based on where you are, you will find a shite ton of Colombian food between the Woodlands and I-10 on the west side of 45 that is highly rated. The Colombian "family" is strong in Houston.

There's Maison Pucha in the Heights. It's owned by a couple of brothers from Ecuador, but the food seems to be a mashup of French and Ecuadorian.
