Does anyone have a deer meat to summer sausage recipe?

I used to have one from here, I think, and my phone crashed and I lost it.

I use the hi mountain kit. comes out awesome. Costs $20 and comes with enough casings, seasoning, and cure for 10 of the huge sausages. Cabelas and amazon have them/

I'll check Academy, then. This one was mixing, rolling in tinfoil, boiling for a coupleof hours, and staying in the fridge for at least 24 hours to set.

No foil. After mixing and stuffing, you let cure in fridge for 12-24 hours and then cook at low temp in oven or smoker. I usually do 5 of the casings, half of the kit, and it takes 12 lbs deer and 3 lbs pork. If you're short on deer, mix in some beef.

I just made 10 lbs. last week. 1/3 venison, 1/3 beef, 1/3 pork. Google LEN POlI, search venison summer sausage. I like to make my own seasoning. There is a lot of info. on the net.
